Breno Sarpi

Breno is a partner in Tax at Lefosse.

He has experience in the fields of tax consultancy, tax planning and in tax matters related to the energy sector, both with direct and indirect taxes and in analysis involving business structuring and corporate restructuring. He is also constantly involved in M&A projects and in evaluating the tax implications of corporate and contractual structures.

Breno holds a law degree from Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and completed his LL.M. in Tax Law at Insper (Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa).
