Brenda Coleman specialises in all aspects of corporate tax including public and private M&A, private equity, restructurings, funds and complex financings. Her experience includes acting for PE houses, multinational companies (both UK and based outside the UK), banks, hedge funds and Sovereign wealth funds. Brenda is a member of the City of London Law Society (Tax Committee) and on the Tax Committee of Practical Law. She is recognised for her "superb technical skills and good strategic overview of corporate tax matters," Chambers 2014. She is also listed in Women in Business, Who’s Who Legal and Superlawyers.
