Brandon is a Partner, Lawyer, Patent and Trademark Agent. He provides sophisticated business-focused legal advice on complex intellectual property matters to companies including international and publicly traded companies. Special industry expertise in high-tech, software, and engineering sectors.

Extensive experience advising senior leadership on developing, enforcing and conducting transactions involving large global patent and trademark portfolios, copyright, and trade secrets. Work includes designing and implementing enterprise patent and trademark protection programs for clients that are tailored to their businesses with a risk-based approach to maximize investment; representing clients in negotiations on worldwide IP deals; developing international trademark and patent prosecution strategies for business-critical brands and innovations; crafting patent and trademark applications; and directing the prosecution of patent and trademark portfolios in over 80 countries. Regularly appears before the Canadian Patent Appeal Board, Trademarks Opposition Board, and the Federal Court.
