Božidar mainly focuses on energy, competition, regulatory and corporate matters. He has worked on some of the largest M&A and financing transactions in North Macedonia, with active role during the negotiations, drafting and implementation. His experience also includes the support of clients from the technology, media and telecom industry and advising from several aspects of commercial law, including consumer protection and data protection.
