Career

Tatjana Popovski Buloski is the founding partner of Popovski & Partners. She is a legal expert with more than 20 years of experience in the legal sector in the Republic of North Macedonia. Her vast experience includes various projects focused on securities, energy, telecommunications, insurance, concessions and PPP.

Tatjana has extensive experience advising on high-profile projects, including major privatizations, equity investments, and complex project finance transactions. She is particularly well known for her work on mergers and acquisitions and is widely recognized as a leading practitioner in this field.

In addition to her transactional expertise, Tatjana has a strong track record in high-stakes commercial and civil litigation, international commercial arbitration, and white-collar criminal proceedings. She is also considered one of the most experienced and respected competition lawyers in the country.
