He is specialised in regulated sectors, chiefly in energy and infrastructure, having advised public and private companies on regulatory aspects of their activities and in the context of complex transactions.

He has ample experience in advising on the tendering, design, financing, construction and commissioning of energy and infrastructure projects, both in Spain as well as abroad. He has also advised companies operating in various regulated sectors such as transport, energy and TMT on numerous administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings at all stages.

Career

He holds a Degree in Law and Business Science from Universidad San Pablo CEU has done master’s degree coursework in Urban Planning and Management at Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
