Ms. Bing Wang specializes in bankruptcy & restructuring and commercial dispute resolution and has nearly 20 years of experience. She has handled many high-profile bankruptcy and reorganization cases, including reorganization investment in listed companies such as PKU Founder Group, the airport arm of HNA Group, Shenyang Machine Tool Co., Ltd., and Hengkang Medical, acting as a bankruptcy administrator or counsel to investors, creditors, or debtors. She has also assisted many large enterprise groups in risk mitigation at early stages, as well as debt restructuring and reorganization, by leveraging various legal tools. Ms. Wang has extensive experience in commercial litigation and arbitration as well, and she has represented clients before courts at all levels and arbitration commissions including CIETAC and BAC in a large number of corporate investment and contract disputes of new types, in which she managed to not only obtain favorable legal outcomes but also make positive social impacts.
