She has handled many high-profile bankruptcy and reorganization cases, including reorganization investment in listed companies such as PKU Founder Group, the airport arm of HNA Group, Shenyang Machine Tool Co., Ltd., and Hengkang Medical, acting as a bankruptcy administrator or counsel to investors, creditors, or debtors. She has also assisted many large enterprise groups in risk mitigation at early stages, as well as debt restructuring and reorganization, by leveraging various legal tools.
