Ms. Binbin Sun has been proactively engaged in the field of dispute resolution for years, with a focus on practices relating to litigation and arbitration, bankruptcy liquidation and reorganization, Corporate and Commercial Crime. She has represented clients in hundreds of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases in courts at all levels including the Supreme People's Court and before many arbitration institutions. Cases that Ms. Sun had won carried significant weight as they made breakthroughs in the fields of corporate governance, finance and intellectual property, and served as comprehensive models for safeguarding the interests of clients that were at a disadvantage in the cases.
