Qualified as a lawyer providing securities law services, an independent director of a listed company and a director of an insurance company, and currently a first-class lawyer and a senior economist. Completed more than 100 major special legal cases covering corporate listing, asset reorganization, investment and financing since working as a full-time lawyer in 1995 and has rich experience in legal services in the field of capital markets business. Led and undertook a major complex cross-border transaction project of Sichuan Tianqi Lithium Co., Ltd. on the acquisition of Talison Lithium Australia Pty Ltd., the world’s largest owner and supplier of solid lithium ore, with a total transaction value of RMB 5.6 billion from 2012 to 2014, which was awarded the “First China Merger and Acquisition • Golden Sycamore Award - Best Innovative Service for Merger and Acquisition and Restructuring” in 2015. Represented nearly 100 major cases in the supreme people’s court and several higher people’s courts, two of which were published as typical cases by the Supreme People’s Court in the “FaGongBu (2002) No. 24” and included in the “Supreme People's Court Bulletin”, No. 8, 2005. Represented nearly 20 cases of registered trademark dispute, administrative penalty hearing and administrative reconsideration accepted by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the China Securities Regulatory Commission and other agencies.
