Career

Benjamín Costa has more than 15 years of experience in complex labor trials and a recognized career in Labor Courts, because of his favorable results for companies as well as for his negotiating ability.

He is a partner of Estudio Navarro since 2016.

He has successfully represented various companies in the energy, electrical, gas and health sectors, considered "strategic companies" for the country, and has obtained important rulings regarding anti-union practices.

Among his tasks is advising important companies and trade associations such as Association of Metallurgical and Metalworking Industries ASIMET A.G.
