The team is distinguished by its preventive, business-oriented approach, advising on employment contracts, terminations, workplace accidents, hiring of foreign workers, labour compliance, disciplinary matters and workplace investigations, including harassment, sexual harassment and violence. The firm also handles labour litigation, collective bargaining and minimum services, having managed more than 360 new cases in the past year and advised on 29 collective bargaining processes.
Estudio Navarro has particular experience advising employers on the Karin Law, the Work-Life Balance Law and the progressive reduction of the working week, providing compliance advice, training and implementation support. The Labour & Employment and Criminal Law teams work closely together on matters involving overlapping labour, criminal and compliance risks.
