Catalina Navarro is a lawyer from Universidad Diego Portales and holds a Master’s degree in Tax Management and Planning from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. She also holds a postgraduate diploma in Economic Crimes from Universidad Alberto Hurtado and is certified in litigation by the University of the Pacific, California, USA.
She has been a partner at Estudio Navarro since 2014. Before joining the firm, Catalina held senior positions in Chile’s public sector, including Head of the Intersectoral Projects Department at the Ministry of the Interior and Public Security. From 2010 to 2013, she worked at the Undersecretariat for Crime Prevention, following a decade as Head of the Economic Crimes Division at the Public Prosecutor’s Office from 2000 to 2010.
Catalina has been invited by the U.S. Embassy and the U.S. Department of State to participate in the International Leadership Program focused on intellectual property enforcement and money laundering. In 2022, she completed the Effective Boards programme at the Chilean Institute of Directors (IdDC).
