Career

Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Master in Labor Law from the University of Chile. He is Estudio Navarro Abogados founding partner.

He has been dedicated to advising companies in different sectors since 1974. His vast experience and trajectory of more than 40 years in the labor field is endorsed by his participation as legal advisor to the Honorable Senate of the Republic and special guest of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, to participate in the Bill that reformed Labor Justice , and then to be a member of the Study Commission on the modifications to the new Labor Procedure.

In the international area, he has been Delegate of the labor sector and Delegate of the metallurgical-metalworking sector before the International Labor Organization (ILO).

In the trade union field, he has stood out as a member of the Labor Commission of the Sociedad de Fomento Fabril and as a permanent labor advisor of the Association of Metallurgical and Metalmechanical Industries A.G. for more than 30 years.
