Benjamin serves as co-chair of the firm’s national Workplace Safety & Environmental practice group. He counsels and represents clients on issues involving federal and state statutes that govern workplace safety and health, employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation, wage and hour and employee leaves of absence. In addition, Benjamin assists clients in matters involving internal investigations, the protection of trade secrets and the enforcement of noncompete agreements and other restrictive covenants.
