Career

Beatriz joined the firm in 2001 and was named Counsel in 2013.

Since early in her career she has been a part of the Life Sciences practice group, advising national and multinational companies in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors on all regulatory, contractual and commercial aspects of their businesses.

In addition to purely regulatory topics, Beatriz is particularly experienced in matters related to the design and implementation of supply systems and commercial policies, commercial agreements, pricing, reimbursement and market access, and promotional disputes.

She has frequently led the design and review of compliance programmes and internal investigations in multinational groups.

She also regularly participates in M&A transactions in the sector, advising on all relevant due diligence and transaction-related aspects.
