Career
Aurélie Cormier Le Goff advises on and litigates matters relating to collective employment relations, with a particular focus on collective bargaining agreements and employee representation. Her practice also covers issues relating to working time, remuneration, employee savings schemes, and business transfers.
She primarily assists public-sector entities (notably those governed by specific statutory regimes), as well as French corporate groups with an international footprint across a wide range of sectors, including transport, communications, spirits, finance, real estate, and technology. She also advises employers’ professional federations.
A graduate of Paris X – Nanterre University (Magistère and DEA in Labour Law), Aurélie Cormier Le Goff began her career in 1997 at Bélier & Associés, a firm specialising in employment law, before practising for more than ten years at the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
She is ranked Band 2 in Employment Law by Chambers & Partners France 2026 and recognised by Best Lawyers France 2025 in Labor and Employment Law.
Publications
She is the author of a book on collective bargaining law (co-authored with Gilles Bélier and Henri-José Legrand), published in 2018, as well as a book on corporate restructurings, published in 2014 (Wolters Kluwer Editions, Droit Vivant collection).
