Natacha Lesellier is a Partner at the firm, where she leads Compliance, Diversity and CSR Practice. Before taking on this role, she spent more than 15 years as Global VP of Ethics Programs at a major French multinational.
Widely recognized for her expertise in corporate ethics, compliance, diversity, human rights and CSR, Natacha regularly handles matters involving whistleblowing systems and internal investigations.
Fluent in both French and English, she is a trusted advisor for international companies rolling out ethics and compliance frameworks in France, as well as for French multinationals seeking to expand their programs globally.
She serves as President of the Cercle de la Compliance, France’s leading professional body for Compliance Officers and is also an active member of International Employment Lawyer and International Forum of Senior Executive Advisers.
Natacha began her professional journey at the French law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel in 1996. She went on to join L’Oréal in 2001 and later joined Flichy Grangé Avocats in 2021.
Admitted to the Paris Bar and qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales (non-practicing), Natacha holds a double law degree from King’s College London and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, along with a Master’s in international Economic Law from Paris 1.
She is recognised by Chambers & Partners France 2026 as a "Spotlight" Lawyer in Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), is listed by Lexology Index France in Labor and Employment law, and played a key role in Flichy Grangé Avocats being recognised as a “Key Player” in Social Compliance by the French legal directory "Décideurs Juridiques".
Natacha frequently speaks at international conferences, most recently at the 2025 IFSEA panel in the UK on internal investigations and contributes regularly to publications such as Semaine Sociale Lamy, where she writes on topics including internal investigations and the CSRD Directive.
