Practice Areas

Attila is the head of Allen & Overy’s competition practice in Hungary. He specialises in EU and Hungarian competition law. He advises on antirust, multijurisdictional and Hungarian merger control, EU state aid and unfair commercial practices matters. He acts on administrative investigations and court proceedings, including antitrust private damages litigation. He represents clients before the Hungarian Competition Authority, the EU Commission, Hungarian and EU courts. In addition, Attila has extensive experience in telecommunications regulatory and IP matters.
