Practice Areas

Atsushi Okada is co-head of the firm's IP, Data Security, Fintech, Healthcare and AI/IoT practice groups.

He focuses on international and domestic infringement litigation, licensing, TMT, data protection, product liability disputes, cyber security, and other IP/IT related transactions in a broad range of technical fields. He is also an expert in privacy and global compliance with data protection laws in Japan, Europe, the U.S. and other Asian countries.
