Recent involved transactions include IPO of Tokaido REIT, global follow-on offerings of Nippon Prologis REIT, merger of Sakura Sogo REIT into Star Asia Investment Corporation, issuance of Japanese first IFRS-compliant perpetual subordinated notes by SoftBank Group, global IPO and global follow-on offerings of SoftBank, IPO of Japanese first infrastructure fund, Takara Leben Infrastructure Fund. Also advise regularly various financial institutions, such as mega banks, asset management companies and securities firms on financial regulation and corporate strategies.
