Arik represents informal and official committees of creditors, ad hoc groups, debtors, individual creditors, rights offering backstoppers, and rescue, DIP and exit lenders in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. Arik plays a major role advising victims in many of the largest opioid-related bankruptcy cases in the industry. He has also represented lenders and administrative agents in non-restructuring-related loans, including leveraged loan transactions, mezzanine financings and more traditional loans. Significant matters include Rite Aid, Purdue Pharma, Mallinckrodt, HONX, Endo International, Insys Therapeutics, Achaogen, Pernix, Hertz, to name a few.
