Andrea Chunga manages contentious matters before the Trademark and Copyright Office, directly coordinating with partners Adriana Barrera and María Inés Herrera. She is an attorney with more than 15 years of experience in Intellectual Property law, with strong expertise in litigation at both administrative and judicial levels. Her practice focuses mainly on trademark and copyright disputes, providing comprehensive advice to clients in complex cases.

Andrea has been recognised by international rankings such as WTR 1000 (2024), Latin Lawyer LACCA and The Legal 500 for her outstanding work in the field. She is also an active member of INTA, ASIPI and APPI, where she contributes to discussions and initiatives shaping the future of IP law.
