Aoife Malone

Aoife Malone is a senior associate in A&L Goodbody's Pensions group and has been with the firm for over 10 years. Aoife advises employers and trustees across a number of business and industry sectors on their occupational pension schemes, permanent health and death in service arrangements. Aoife's areas of expertise include advising on scheme administration, trustee duties, liability management exercises, the restructuring and winding up of schemes and the pensions' aspects of mergers and acquisitions including pensions issues arising on a TUPE transfer.
