Handles a wide variety of litigation, often involving cross-border issues, with a particular focus on accountants' liability and securities litigation, as well as M&A litigation and antitrust law. Represents accounting firms and companies in federal and state courts nationwide, as well as in SEC, DOJ and other government investigations and enforcement matters. His work has led to important rulings for professional services firms on issues such as imputation, in pari delicto and personal jurisdiction.
