Career

Antonio Herrera joined Uría Menéndez in 1998 and he is a partner of the firm since 2007. He is the managing partner of Uría Menéndez’s Barcelona office and previously he headed the firm’s New York office for five years.

Antonio focuses on Corporate and M&A as well as on corporate governance and banking.

He has over 15 years of experience advising private and listed companies as well as funds and private equity firms on M&A, participates regularly in structuring and starting-up joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
