Antonio Bravo

Antonio is a Partner of the Litigation and Arbitration Department at Eversheds Sutherland's Madrid office.

He is responsible for the Latin American Alliance of Eversheds Sutherland (ESLAA). He has over 25 years’ experience representing infrastructure, energy, construction and engineering sector clients in a broad range of commercial and civil disputes and arbitration.

Antonio has acted before numerous High Courts and Tribunals throughout Spain in highly significant cases and has extensive experience in procedures seeking recognition of foreign judgments and precautionary measures.

As head of the arbitration practice, he has considerable experience handling complex arbitration matters both at a national and international level. Internationally, Antonio focuses on arbitrations in Latin America where a large number of his clients hold significant investments and businesses. He advises his clients throughout the entire arbitration process, including previous and/or simultaneous negotitaions. Antonio has also acted for numerous clients in several countries to enforce arbitration awards abroad.
