Anthony Fanucci

Anthony’s clients value his knowledge of current good manufacturing practices (CGMPs) and experience in pharmaceutical analytical chemistry, biopharmaceutics, pharmaceutical dosage forms, and drug delivery systems.

A licensed pharmacist, Anthony relies on his pharmacy background and experience assisting foreign and domestic manufacturing facilities with FDA inspections, regulatory meetings, warning letters, and import alerts to guide FDA-regulated clients through regulatory and enforcement actions. Anthony advises pharmaceutical and medical device companies on complex FDA rules and regulations, including continuously evolving areas such as the regulation of nitrosamines in drug products.

Anthony was a pharmacist and pharmaceutical licensing consultant. During his years as a consultant, Anthony co-managed nationwide licensure efforts for six pharmaceutical companies and provided compliance strategies based on company structure, intended market, and products.
