Annika Clauss

Practice Areas

Annika's practice focuses on M&A and corporate law. She advises corporate and private equity clients as well as family businesses on a full range of M&A transactions, including auction processes, carve-outs, minority investments, joint ventures as well as reorganisations. She regularly advises international clients and has significant experience in cross-border private M&A transactions.

Career

Harvard Law School (LL.M.), Max Planck Institute Hamburg (Dr iur); admitted in Germany and New York. Joined Hengeler Mueller in 2007, partner since 2017. Slaughter and May, Hong Kong, 2012; China Investment Corporation, Beijing 2015.
