She currently defends clients, both at authorization, on the merits, or involved in settlements before judicial courts in first instance and at the appellate level, across a broad variety of industries in the fields of consumer protection, product liability, privacy law, health law, competition law, and environmental law. Anne is a sought-after speaker and author, she regularly speaks and write on the subject of class actions. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Class Actions Section of the Canadian Bar Association (Québec Division) and sits on the committee of the National Conference of the Barreau du Québec on Class Actions, Recent Developments in Québec, Canada, and the United States, the largest continuing professional training activity in the field in Canada.
