Anne Merminod

Anne’s experience spans almost 15 years of class actions advocacy for clients across industries. She has a deep understanding of the nuances that come with class action proceedings, with particular skill in crafting effective litigation strategies tailored for the matter at hand. She represents a wide range of clients, including manufacturers and distributors, pharmaceutical companies, financial institutions, and public companies.

Anne’s class actions practice is focused primarily on product liability, drug and medical devices, privacy breaches and consumer complaints before all levels of courts, often in the context of multijurisdictional litigation.

Anne holds the position of Vice-President and Executive Committee Member of the Class Actions Section of the Canadian Bar Association (Québec Division).
