Anne's Chapter 11 practice spans manufacturing, healthcare, media, and non-profit clients. She regularly represents an international manufacturer of electromechanical devices in airline, photographic, and other Chapter 11 proceedings, and serves as ongoing bankruptcy counsel to a credit union in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 matters. She has guided a number of prominent non-profit organizations through Chapter 11 reorganization, including a prominent newspaper business, a renowned orchestra, and an HBCU. She has also shepherded the restructuring of for-profit behavioral health facilities, a construction company, and other businesses.

Anne's leadership in the bankruptcy bar includes service as Judge Pro Tempore for the Commerce Court in Philadelphia since 2018, the Philadelphia Bar Association's Business Law Section and Bankruptcy Committee, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference. She was elected a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy in 2022. Anne has been recognized in Chambers USA - America's Leading Lawyers for Business as a leader in her field since 2011 and has been listed in the Lawdragon 500 Leading U.S. Bankruptcy & Restructuring Lawyers guide since 2020.
