Anne Lyne

Anne is a partner and Head of the Employment team at Hayes solicitors. She advises on all aspects of the employment relationship from pre-employment matters to termination, outsourcing and the gig economy. Anne has specialist knowledge in the areas of equality and whistleblowing. She advises on executive contracts and employment policies, including for organisations outside Ireland who are entering the Irish market. She also advises on complex grievance and disciplinary matters. She has lectured at the Law Society of Ireland and is a contributor to Irish media on employment law matters. She is Chair of the Employment Law Association of Ireland.
