Ken's recent transactions include: acting for the shareholders of Technopath Clinical Diagnostics in the negotiation and sale of the entire issued share capital of the company to LGC Science Ireland; acting for an investor in negotiating and completing its USD$35m investment in AMO Pharma Limited; advising the shareholders of MBO Partners Limited in the sale of the company to its USA-based affiliates; advising a leading financial services intermediary in the negotiation and sale of the company; acting for a client in the purchase of the business and assets of a large Hospital, and advising on the purchase of a commercial and residential loan portfolio.
