David Phelan

David is Partner and Head of the firm's Commercial and Business team. He leads the Hayes team advising The Irish Times on commercial and media law issues, including pre-publication consideration of articles, advertisements, media contracts, copyright and online and digital content. David also advises NewsBrands Ireland (the representative body for Ireland's national and regional newspapers). David advises television production companies, and publishers of podcasts and books. He also acts for website publishers and commercial organisations in media matters. David is a registered trade mark agent.
