She serves as counsel for foreign and local clients in the negotiation and execution of contracts and has participated in complex business deals in the Dominican Republic.

Career

Annalisa received a Law Degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), in 1999. She obtained the Diplôme Superior de L’Université – Droit Commercial from L’Université de Droit, d’Économie et de Sciences Sociales de Paris, Paris II (Panthéon-Assas) in 2000 and a dual degree Master of Laws in Comparative Law and International Business Law from L’Université de Savoie (Faculté de Droit et d’Ėconomie) and Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), in 2007. In 2021, she completed a Program on Negotiation and Leadership at Harvard Law School. She also received Diploma on University Pedagogy from Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM).
