Mining and Natural Resources Areas


Angela has been responsible and actively acted, among others, in the following tasks:

•Negotiation and drafting of Joint Venture agreements, option agreements, purchase and sale agreements, easement agreements, security documents for credit agreements, and in general, in all kind of necessary documents to structure mining deals under Colombian legislation.

•Preparation of Title Reports including mining, environmental and social-aspects related to them, which includes, the assessing of potential risks, status of the mining titles, legal compliance, and review of the legality of duties suspensions among others

•Preparation of the required documents from Colombian Councils for listing processes on the TSX,TSXVandASX, which includes but is not limited to, the corporate reports, enforceability of the documents granted pursuant to the transaction, mining title and environmental reports, among others.

•Negotiation with communities

•Research and drafting of the legal grounds of the law suits filed by the firm on behalf of its clients in front of civil, administrative and land restitution courts, and in general, representation of the clients in litigations related to mining, environmental and social issues.
