Angela McCulloch

Angela is a partner based in Brodies' Glasgow office and advises high net worth individuals, families, trustees, executors, financial institutions, and charities on trusts, executries (including contentious matters), estate and succession planning, tax, and family investment companies. Angela has particular expertise in winding up complex estates and managing high-volume private client services delivered in partnership with major institutions, making her practice one of the most extensive of its kind in Scotland.

Angela also leads the Brodies' innovative Wills by Brodies digital platform, reflecting her focus on client service and forward-thinking legal delivery. A member of STEP, Angela was awarded the STEP President's Prize for Qualified Practitioner of the Year – Law(Scotland), recognising her excellence in the field.
