Represents clients through the full lifecycle of public sector contracting with unique insight and ability to efficiently resolve issues and problems with federal departments and agencies without litigation. Focuses on suspension and debarment proceedings and show cause responses, internal investigations and resulting disclosures under the mandatory disclosure program for federal contractors, the Procurement Integrity Act, the Anti-Kickback Act, issues arising from revolving door and conflict of interest restrictions on public sector employees, and federal gift and gratuity restrictions. Counsels extensively on commercial item contracting, cost accounting, GSA and VA schedule contracting, federal leasing, and the Buy American and Trade Agreements Acts.
