Andrew Westwood

Andrew specialises in private equity transactional work, including leveraged acquisitions, structuring of management arrangements, refinancings, restructurings and disposal transactions. He also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, both public and private, Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) transactions and advising on general corporate and commercial law matters. Andrew has advised on a number of leveraged buyouts by local and international private equity firms, as well as related transactions including follow on investments and acquisitions, refinancings, BEE transactions and exits.
