Andrew Robertson

Andrew practices mergers and acquisitions and corporate commercial law. He advises public and private companies, private equity funds, family offices, institutional co-investors, and entrepreneurs on a variety of transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, minority and growth equity investments, and structuring and corporate governance matters.

Andrew’s transactional experience extends across a number of industries, including insurance, energy, forestry, food and beverage, manufacturing, technology, and mining.

In addition to transaction-specific mandates, Andrew provides ongoing strategic and corporate advice to clients in a variety of industries.

Andrew is currently serving as head of the Business Services Group (Vancouver and Yellowknife), managing the solicitors’ departments in those offices.
