Andrew has a broad-based financial services practice with a special focus on aircraft transactions, including aircraft financing, leasing, procurements and sales. He also advises clients on large-ticket equipment financing and leasing, secured lending and project financing. In addition to advising on financing transactions, Andrew has worked on significant workouts, debtor-in-possession loans, bankruptcies and CCAA restructurings in a variety of industries.
