Andrés Silva joined Larrain y Asociados in 1999 and has been a partner since 2013. He leads the labor area of the firm, and in addition, practices in real estate law, capital markets, publicly traded companies, bond issues, corporate reorganizations and investment funds.

Career

He studied at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (LL.B) and was admitted in 1994. In 2006 he obtained a Master in Business Law from Universidad de los Andes, and received the Best Alumnus Award. In 2015 he completed a Diploma in Labor Law at the same University.

Mr. Silva has been professor of Commercial Law and assistant of Civil Law at the Law Faculty of Universidad de los Andes (2008-2014).

He is a Member of the Bar Association AG.

He is Legal representative in Chile of Fundación Microfinanzas BBVA, Director of Fondo Esperanza SpA and Secretary to the Board of Directors of Listed Corporations.
