Andreas Muller

Andreas Müller’s practice focuses on public and private mergers & acquisitions, private equity and capital markets. He also advises on matters of corporate governance and executive compensation, as well as corporate law and securities regulation. He is co-head of the Employment and Executive Compensation team.

Qualified in 2010. Joined Homburger in 2008, Partner since 2020.

Editor of the law journal «Gesellschafts- und Kapitalmarktrecht (GesKR)».

Co-editor of leading commentary on Swiss «Say on Pay» regulations.
