Anders is a founding partner and chairman of the Nordic law firm, IUNO. He's recognized as one of Denmark’s leading employment lawyers. He specializes in international employment law and advises Danish and multinational companies on conducting business in the Nordics. Anders advises clients from numerous industrial sectors and has acted in many cases regarding incentive and stock option plans; restrictive covenant infringements; cross-border transactions; mergers; restructurings; immigration issues; and data protection.
Anders is a chair of the Advisory Board and former Co-Chair of the Global Employment Institute (GEI) and former Co-Chair of the Discrimination and Equality Law Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA). He is also former Co-Chair of the American Bar Association (ABA) - International Employment Law Committee. Anders was a founding board member of the Danish Employment Lawyers Association (Ansættelsesadvokater) and is a board member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
Anders regularly speaks at international conferences on employment law issues and has written several articles on national and international employment law. Anders co-edited “Social Media and Employment Law. An International Survey” and was sole editor of the book “International Practitioner's Deskbook Series: Labor and Employment Law in the New Eu Member and Candidate States”.
