She is an Of Counsel at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo. She has provided legal advice to a wide variety of entities within the public and private sectors; she is an expert in environmental law, particularly with regard to waste, extended producer responsibility (EPR) and circular economy, as well as issues concerning competition, non-profit organisations and public procurement.
She holds a Law Degree with an Extraordinary Prize from the Complutense University of Madrid, a Masters in Stock and Financial Markets from IEB and an Executive MBA from ESADE. Prior to joining GA_P, she was Director of Environment and Circular Economy at PwC Tax & Legal Services, where she began her career in 2005. She is a professor of public procurement at ICADE’s Official Masters in Business Law.
