My practice encompasses a wide range of immigration and asylum law, as well as European law. I represent clients at all stages of their application. I am an experienced litigator having conducted cases in the Administrative Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and Court of Justice of the European Union. I am an internationally recognised expert in gender, transgender and sexuality-based asylum claims and have extensive expertise in representing victims of human trafficking. I also take cases based on apostasy. I have conducted Country Guidance litigation for victims of trafficking from Nigeria and Albania. I have recently been involved in advising EEA nationals on Brexit at a number of public events including a session at the Houses of Parliament on 3 July 2018. I can advise on any rule based immigration application and on all aspects of routes to British Citizenship.
