As chair of BakerHostetler’s national Labor and Employment Practice Group, Amy Traub has a unique ability to understand how global events and significant changes in the law directly impact her clients and their businesses. With a focus on the management side of employment law matters for clients in an array of industries and with a particular focus on the healthcare and retail industries, she provides practical and timely advice and counsel to help her clients run their businesses more efficiently. She informs clients of the risks involved and remains ever mindful of the inner workings of clients’ businesses with issues related to discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour litigation, class and collective actions, Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act-related litigation and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charges, as well as the more litigious areas that arise in the employer-employee dynamic.
