In recent client feedback interviews, a client shared, “To me Amy is a model of what you want your outside counsel to be and the kind of relationship that you want to have with your attorney. … Amy is everything you want from an outside attorney. She is an extension of our organization, and she knows what we need and like and is aware of how important our brand and reputation are to us. She always talks to us about the pros and cons and how best to manage and mitigate risk. She is the consummate professional and should be applauded for her efforts.”
Amy was also recognized in the 2023 edition of the Legal 500, as a New York Metro Area Super Lawyer and was a national honoree in the Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards by Corporate Counsel and Law.com. In 2022, she was the recipient of BakerHostetler’s Trailblazer Award, an honor designed to recognize a lawyer who has made significant contributions to the firm and the legal profession and who inspires her colleagues through example and achievement.

After the Dobbs decision was released, Amy led the efforts on the Dobbs Decision Task Force and oversaw the guidance the firm provided to employers on how to navigate the changes related to this decision. After the 2023 ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court was announced on affirmative action, which impacts our clients nationwide as they approach diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, Amy led a dedicated team of BakerHostetler partners from multiple practices across the firm in the creation of the Affirmative Action Decision Task Force.
