Peter G Fischer

Peter Fischer is co-leader of BakerHostetler’s National Labor Relations team. Peter is a nationally recognized labor and employment litigator with unique experience representing the hospitality and food service industries. He provides strategic advice to owners and management companies nationwide on labor relations, employment litigation and regulatory compliance. Peter gives clients practical, preventive advice to help decision-makers in key aspects of employee relations avoid disputes before they become larger concerns.

Peter works with employers and owners to devise successful labor strategies and negotiate complex union agreements. When disputes arise, he routinely represents management interests before the National Labor Relations Board, the EEOC and arbitrators around the U.S.
