Amanda Rosenberg is a partner in Mayer Brown's Los Angeles office and a member of the Projects & Infrastructure group. Her practice focuses on the development and financing of renewable energy projects, , with a particular emphasis on the tax structuring of energy finance deals, energy tax credits, government incentive programs, energy M&A and domestic and international project finance transactions. Amanda regularly represents sponsors, investors, buyers and seller and lenders in project finance transactions.
