Work Highlights

- Represented the buyer of Cielo Vista Ranch, an 83,000-acre stretch of land in Southern Colorado. The property is one of the largest ranches in the country and was originally listed at $105 million, marking this transaction as the largest ranch sale in the United States in 2017.

- Negotiated a long-term, 82,215-square-foot office lease on behalf of Houston-based bank holding company Cadence Bancorporation and its subsidiary, Cadence Bank, to relocate to the Park Towers office building on the West Loop in Houston, Texas.

Alfie Meyerson focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including leases (retail, office, industrial, warehouse, build-to-suit, and ground leases), purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, construction contracts, management agreements, and related due diligence matters; representation of developers and equity investors in partnership and joint venture agreements; and representation of borrowers and lenders in interim, permanent, and construction financing secured by real estate; mezzanine and related forms of financing; and debt restructuring, workouts, foreclosures, and problem loans; sale agreements, development agreements, construction contracts, management agreements, and related due diligence matters; representation of developers and equity investors in partnership and joint venture agreements; and representation of borrowers and lenders in interim, permanent, and construction financing secured by real estate; mezzanine and related forms of financing; and debt restructuring, workouts, foreclosures, and problem loans.
