Alfie Meyerson focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including leases (retail, office, industrial, warehouse, build-to-suit, and ground leases), purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, construction contracts, management agreements, and related due diligence matters; representation of developers and equity investors in partnership and joint venture agreements; and representation of borrowers and lenders in interim, permanent, and construction financing secured by real estate; mezzanine and related forms of financing; and debt restructuring, workouts, foreclosures, and problem loans. He is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
