Alexandra has cultivated a diverse practice flowing from her extensive experience defending and prosecuting serious crime. She has developed an expertise in Inquests and Public Inquiries and is regularly instructed in complex and high profile cases on behalf of a wide range of Interested Persons and Core Participants including in relation to the death of Alexander Litvinenko, the ‘SAS Inquest’ involving the death of three army reservists from heat illness in the Brecon Beacons and, more recently, the Grenfell Tower fire and the Manchester Arena Bombing.
Alexandra is a recognised defence specialist in Health & Safety investigations and prosecutions. She has significant experience advising and acting for major clients across a wide range of sectors including Construction, Public Utilities, Energy, Manufacturing, Food and Agriculture.
Alexandra speaks fluent Russian and is frequently instructed in matters requiring her Russian language skills and specialist knowledge of Russia and the CIS region.
